Garry is the Director of the CO Group. He has worked in the disability sector since 2016. He has experience working in not-for-profit and non-government organisations. He has a health science undergraduate degree and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Disability and Inclusion through Deakin University.

Troy is an experienced support worker having worked in the disability sector since 2019. He has a Masters in Counselling and experience working with individual's with psychosocial and neurological disabilities, and neurodiverse backgrounds. He is from the LGBTIQ+ community.

Scott is new the sector. He transitions from the health services industry and has a diverse knowledgebase and natural caregiving skills. He is an active listener and proactive problem solver. He is passionate about human-rights and applies this lens to his support work. He also calls himself 'a bit of a muso'.

Ellie is an experienced support worker having worked in Supported Independent Living homes for a while now.  She has a Certificate IV in Disability.  One of her many strengths is making every moment an opportunity for engagement.
