Our mission is to be 'rights-based' in everything that we do. People with disability have the right to experience the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms. 

We regularly hear that a great frustration in the sector is that participant's feel like they have no choice and control, no trust and experience no growth.

Our solution is to be skilled, committed and reliable. Our rights-based support model, underpinned by these 3 principles, is designed to create a foundation for improving inclusion and to enable the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms. 

Our goal is that participant's will experience increased quality, more integrity and better reliability when being supported by us. We use a variety of evidence-informed tools to delivery on this.

We acknowledge that each individual's lived experience of disability is unique. At CO Group you will experience a practical and individual approach to receiving support services. The Participant Journey is designed to always focus on what is important to you. The journey is goal-orientated and built around key principles of co-design,  rights-awareness, person-centredness, accountability and continuous improvement.

The team uses evidence-informed tools like the person-centered active support model, trauma-informed practice and the La Trobe supported decision-making framework.
